Phygicart.com is an e-commerce and a Direct selling combined entity.

Phygicart.com is an innovative and breakthrough e-commerce business model, of the people , lead by the people. Initiated from India, this model has been proven successful, legal and highly accepted at large by the people of UAE.

The Dubai Direct Selling Association, DSA Dubai has recognized this model, which is under the World Federation of Direct Selling Association, USA (WFDSA).

Under ecommerce model, quality products would be made available in the website. Direct selling model is applied for organizing customers into a mapped genealogy for benefit sharing among Direct sellers in the back office. Participation in the affiliation is only an option, selected and decided by customers who choose to generate income thru personal and referral sales. Remuneration is based on product sales and there is no benefit for enrollment or recruitment of Direct sellers. There is no entry/registration/activation fee for participation.


Phygicart as an ecommerce platform: 

•           Through www.phygicart.com referral link, products are made available for public at reasonable price. 

•           Products may be purchased by online payment or POS at store.

•           Products would be delivered as per customer choice.

•           Phygicart operates as per the Government tax rules.

•           Phygicart operates as per direct selling guidelines issued by the Government.

•           Warranty and Service support applicable as per respective manufacturer terms 


Phygicart as a social media platform: 

          Customer may participate in the back office referral network to recommend Phygicart opportunity.

•           Phygicart would create a replicated web link for all customers registering to be its Direct sellers.

•           This mapping of customers help Phygicart to identify which customer was referred by whom.

•           Customers are allowed to view and communicate between their referrals using their back office.

•           Direct sellers can use other social media platforms to promote their and their partners business


Phygicart as a direct selling platform

           Customers registering as privilege customer can earn loyalty points on each purchases (phygibucks).

•           Customers registering as Direct sellers can login to view their bonus earned in their back office. They can also view their referrals to understand business transactions.

•           Direct sellers can support their partner Direct sellers to develop and improve their business.


Phygicart as a training and skill development academy (Phygital Academy)

•          Faculties of Phygital academy would provide training for all registered customers on    digital marketing and business building system.

•           After successful completion of training, Direct sellers are given ID cards of Phygicart.

•           Selected Direct sellers would be send for training at Govt recognized training institutes; such as GIFT.

•           There will be regular awareness programs at selected locations for customers and Direct sellers 


Business Plan 

•          Register your store by clicking the Phygicart web link received from your sponsor 

•          Customers can opt to be a Customer.

•       Privilege customers will not be mapped in the back office. Direct seller will be mapped to the store which they have registered based on their affiliation choice

•          There is no registration or activation fee to participate in the Phygicart.

•           Privilege Customer earn loyalty points (phygibucks) which can be redeemed during future purchases

•           Privilege customer has to login using their credentials for loyalty benefits. They are attached to their sponsor store

•       Partner stores can login for accessing their back office. They can do shopping and also add new Direct sellers and customers.

•           Direct sellers can earn bonuses as per business plan from purchases made through their store ID

•           Team building bonus is an option and minimum business volume is applicable to claim such bonus


Note: Every product will carry SV/BV. (SV is a universal point to calculate business  and achievements. BV is the base for all bonus calculations)

Definitions :

 

SV:  Sales volume of a product for claiming bonus

BV:  Business Volume  of a product for calculating daily , monthly and annual  bonus 

TL: Team Leader  is a monthly  qualification for an Direct sellers for claiming generation bonus . An Direct sellers is said to be a TL  if he/she completes  500sv volume match in a particular month.

SV is Sales Volume of a product for calculating team building bonus

Retail Bonus : Upto 20% of net realization value 


Team building bonus-: 

 

•           100sv, 50sv and 25sv volume match in binary mode

•           First payout is until group volume matching (1:2/2:1) and rest is at 1:1 ratio.

•           Team Leader (TL): 500SV:500SV in a month 

•           Daily ceiling 1500SV Matching / INR30,000

•           Unmatched volume in binary is carry forwarded. No volume carry forward in sponsor tree

•           Payout is calculated everyday midnight in binary tree, it will be released in every day.

•           Until a store ID reaches 100SV; SV is allocated to binary; after that SV is allocated to sponsor tree for generation bonus.


Generation Bonus – (Based on TL count of different legs in Sponsor tree)

 

•          Once a store volume reaches 100SV; future SV is allocated by default to Generation Tree

•           Generation bonus is calculated every month end based on TL qualification and Rank

General terms:

ü  No registration fee, No activation fee, No renewal fee.

ü  All Direct sellers are eligible for retail bonus and generation bonus from sponsor team.

ü  Generation bonus is released if you become Team Leader.

ü  Team building bonus (TBB) is a choice with one time store volume of minimum 25 SV

ü  Store activation is a choice and can be cancelled within 30 days from date of activation

ü  Career recognition and carry forward conditions applicable as per table 2
